This marvellous chalet with large terraces overlooking the cove of Cala Santanyí is prepared for 12 persons.
The fabulous terraces invite to slumbering on the sunloungers or enjoying a barbecue dinner with your friends and family, under the starry sky, listening to the sound of the waves. A wooden gate offers direct acces to the beach. The house is situated in an urbanisation and has direct neighbours.The terraced structure consists of 2 floors: the ground floor and the basement floor. On the ground floor you will find 2 bedrooms with 2 individual beds each. There is a bathroom with a shower.On the basement floor there is a modern living room, a dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped, independent kitchen that works with gas. On request, there is a water boiler available. On this floor, there are 4 more bedrooms: two with two single beds and two with a double bed. Two of the bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a shower, for general use. All bedrooms count with a fan and there is central heating throughout the whole house. On request, we can prepare a baby bed and a high chair.On the basement floor you will find a washing room, with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.Cala Santanyí is a relatively quiet coastal urbanization. From the nearby cliffs, you can view the natural, rocky arch of ” Es Pontàs”, in the sea. The area is full of cycling routes, rockclimbing areas, and beautiful coves like Cala Santanyí, Cala Llombards and Cala Figuera. In Cala Figuera, the local fishermen return from their trips each afternoon, with fresh fish, in their “llaüts” (local fishing boats). The great sandy beach of Es Trenc and the Natural Parc of Mondragó are not too far away, and are surely worth a visit.Note: We can not accept youth groups under 20 years for this property (this does not apply to families with children).
