The upper terrace invites you to bask in the sun on two loungers, while contemplating the Mediterranean. This terraced house has direct neighbours. A bright sitting-dining room is nice for family-evenings, maybe while watching a film on the satellite-TV. The open kitchen is well-equipped, including a gas hob, a washer, an iron and an ironing board. There’s one bedroom with double bed and shower bath en-suite, as well as a second bedroom with double bed on the ground floor. Furthermore, the lower level offers a shower bathroom. The first storey consists of a bedroom with double bed and access to a terrace with sea views. Additionally, this room comes with a shower bath en-suite. This home features centralized A/C and five electric radiators. This modern accommodation is located in Sant Elm, a coastal town in the Tramuntana mountains. In the centre you will find cafés, restaurants and a small supermarket. You can take a nice walk on the seafront, enjoying stunning views over the sea and to the island La Dragonera. This island formerly was a military base, but actually, it has become a natural park. During the summer, you could visit La Dragonera by boat. The beach in Sant Elm is fine grained and there you can rent sun loungers and sun umbrellas. If you like to hike, you could visit the La Trapa Mountain. The trail leads you through Mediterranean woods and on the top you will enjoy beautiful views over the sea.
